1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable items, including dry fruits, are non-returnable once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kelexon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
